Pitiful claim service...will not return phone calls....The state needs to take their license away from them.
I can’t make a payment for the past week website is down and when I call they say contact the agent that help me get this policy. Which makes me think this place is not even legit
If I could give zero stars I would!!!! Absolutely horrible company. Never answers phone, rarely responds to emails and it is going on 2 months since my daughter (17) was hot by one of your insured customers and still has not been fixed. My daughter is without a car and now has to depend on others to get to school and work because your company is dragging its feet. Your impaired insured driver hit my car on I95, he was cited for reckless driving, he rammed into the guard rails and flew into a ditch. his vehicle caught flames and was unconscious. I PULLED HIM OUT OF THE FLAMING CAR. The damages to my car came around $2500-$3000 and Pearl Holding Group is only offering me $1000 to fix my car. this insurance needs to be shut down. This company should be shot down by officials adjuster name Raquel Pena I left many messages for unsafe car need to be fixed they don't care to get liability suit against them this company is a fraud. Stay away from them

This is the worst insurance company, customer service is crappy they don’t answer the phone they don’t respond to emails my car have been in an accident 3 months now and all they been doing is dragging their feet. If I was to rate them it would be minus 100 they need to shut down. I wouldn’t recommend them even if they were giving free insurance they should be banned from doing insurance. Big scam
Your impaired insured driver hit my unoccupied car, landed on my neighbor's car, left his car and walked away. You totaled my car. Where is my check? Going on two months now.
Very disappointed... not 1, not 2 but 3 local offices could not take my payment. Each time I was told they will transfer me to a local licensed agent, but every time was transferred out of state where they were unable to process my payment 🤬 90 minutes.... 5 rep's and high blood pressure...
