Definitely disappointed in how my experience here ended. I started visiting here during the pandemic and cycled through, no joke, 4 doctors in the span of a year due to them leaving. One of the interim visits I didn't have a doctor yet, so I was being seen by another one in the office temporarily who had a new colleague tagging along, but failed to mention her title or that she was shadowing. Literally the worst clinic and healthcare team I have ever experienced in my life. If you are in need of care, I urge you to change your insurance which is an easy switch. The incompetent team was experienced with several appointments, requests, and conversations. From not managing my prescriptions and urgent care to not keeping accurate health records or responding to any communication attempts. Care should never be this poor. I’ve been a patient at Pearl Health Ctr for a decade and have always had good experiences. For the past 4+years I was treated by Dr Elliot Taxman as my PC, and I can’t say enough good things about his practice. He showed genuine care, advocated on my behalf, and always made himself available. Additionally, the Pearl Health Ctr gives better access to ‘alternative’ care than other providers I’ve had.
