I have mixed feelings. I was able to be seen in a timely fashion. However, once seen I was given the exact same basic information that I got when I googled my issue. It was underwhelming. When I got my bill, there were issues with the online bill pay. I called the clinic during business hours on 3 different occasions. Each time my call went to voicemail. Each time I left a message. Each time I never heard back from the clinic.

I appreciate the quick scheduling, same-day X-ray, and diagnosis. My experience has been a bit mixed, however. When I called to schedule my initial appointment, the woman who answered the phone abruptly said, “We just got back from lunch. Can you wait a second?” in a tone that made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. I brushed it off and looked forward to my appointment. I’ve had an ingrown toenail procedure done before, but my experience at Pearl Foot & Ankle was by far the best! Zachary Egidi did an amazing job explaining the entire process and walking me through the procedure step by step. He made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care. And to top it off, my toenail looked beautiful after the procedure.
