Had to wait 40+ minutes just for the doctor to come in
Amazing experience.
I have mixed feelings. I was able to be seen in a timely fashion. However, once seen I was given the exact same basic information that I got when I googled my issue. It was underwhelming. When I got my bill, there were issues with the online bill pay. I called the clinic during business hours on 3 different occasions. Each time my call went to voicemail. Each time I left a message. Each time I never heard back from the clinic.
I appreciate the quick scheduling, same-day X-ray, and diagnosis. My experience has been a bit mixed, however. When I called to schedule my initial appointment, the woman who answered the phone abruptly said, “We just got back from lunch. Can you wait a second?” in a tone that made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. I brushed it off and looked forward to my appointment.
