I used to love this office but they’ve changed over the years. They gave my daughter my personal financial information and print out without my permission or knowledge. She’s 21 years old and I was at work when they gave her a printout. I called the office and the man I spoke with literally did not care he committed a HIPAA violation. He literally laughed and said oh well. Now I’m taking both of my kids out of that clinic and find a new dentist.
One of the worst dentist I’ve been to. I had Dr. Lim, he told me I had three cavities on the surface of my molars, got them fixed or so I thought. Went in the next day after they “fixed” those teeth, the filling was too high that I couldn’t close my mouth, none of my teeth touched the lower ones but the ones he worked on. I went for a teeth cleaning the hygienist was not happy about cleaning my teeth then claimed I had 6 and 7 pockets throughout my mouth the dentist didn’t even confirm this before sending me to the periodontist. When I got to the periodontist he asked why they sent me there there aren’t any 7 pockets in my mouth he found 2 6s which he treated, he then asked if the hygienist told me this I said yea. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I’ve been coming to Pearl Family Dental Care since I was 19, and today I brought our two little girls without my husband for their second visit here! The entire team made us feel calm, welcome, and cared for — especially with toddlers in tow. We’ve always felt supported and gentle here. Exceptional dental practice. Dr. Lim has a great bedside manner, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and provided excellent treatment. The admins, assistants, and hygienists are also wonderful. I highly recommend this practice for military families, and anyone seeking high quality care.
