absolutely horrific experience. was pressured into buying jewelry after opening a an oyster and receiving the pearl which is what we stated all we wanted to do! the employee drilled a hole into the pearl without asking us, and then begun sticking the pearl into $700 dollar holders (white gold rings). Do not recommend.
Had a great experience. I love pearl jewelry because it is my birthstone but I dont own many pieces. Walked by with my husband on our 15 year anniversary and sw a dainty little ring. The salesman let me try it on and when I said I didnt NEED it he threw in a pearl oyster as a bonus. It was a little overpriced but a beautiful piece. He had great customer service and I love my new ring.

The second I stood firm and declined, her entire attitude flipped. She became rude and visibly annoyed, aggressively slamming plastic cases into drawers and acting completely unprofessional. Even worse, she drilled a hole into the pearl before I had any say in the m... read more
