Very disappointed. Rude and pushy sales woman. Told her exactly what I was looking for and showed me everything but what I wanted. Settled on a necklace that she wouldn’t let me try on because of the glue. A day later and guess what it’s not long enough. Good luck getting a refund or exchange. Stay away
The person who worked there was nice and friendly, but never again — the prices are outrageous. Over $500+ for a thin gold chain with one pearl. I know this crappy chain should not be worth that much. Caveat emptor.
Kenzie made this such a great experience! I walked away with three beautiful and unique pearls in gorgeous settings. I was so surprised how unique each pearl was, one was green, one was pink and another one was silver and I was told it’s one of the rarest colors. Kenzie explained everything so nicely to me and made everything so much fun. She worked with me on trying out different settings to find what would best suit me. I feel I have to speak up. I experienced what I strongly believe was racial discrimination at this jewelry store, and the entire encounter left me feeling disrespected, judged, and humiliated. While in route to attend the King Tut exhibit at the hotel, I came across this store and decided to stop in. The lady who works at this location her name is DeeDee and she was rude and short and in a huge rush. She opened two of our oysters In under 30 seconds Took out the pearls so fast one of them fell on the floor And can barely explain anything and sounded like a robot. She is obviously just going through the motions . We've been getting pearls from these guys For the last 15 years And things have really changed.
