The lady who works at this location her name is DeeDee and she was rude and short and in a huge rush. She opened two of our oysters In under 30 seconds Took out the pearls so fast one of them fell on the floor And can barely explain anything and sounded like a robot. She is obviously just going through the motions . We've been getting pearls from these guys For the last 15 years And things have really changed. Very bad experience as they constantly hound you to try and buy the most expensive piece of jewelry and they gave us pearls with holes in them and didn't care or do anything about it. Very expensive for what seems to be not so real jewelry. Definitely would not recommend going here as they forced a tab that cant be reversed.
Love my turtle pendant I recommend Waleska. Amazing customer service and the sweetest. Definitely will be coming back to her.
What a scam very overpriced and saleswoman tried to spend my money for me on things I didn't like and when she she seen that I wasn't biting her whole damenor changed she got upset like she was a kid having a tantrum she then told my son he can vape meanwhile he's standing behind me there was lots of ppl walking by smoking lol but I was dumb enough to buy that overpriced bs she wouldn't had said a word to him she has sleezy sales tactics don't buy from them!!!
