We were wandering thru the Venetian, when we came across the Pearl Factory. The store manager, Anh, showed us a ring that I really liked, but we were hesitant to buy from a mall kiosk store. I visited here in September and after opening our oysters, bought 2 pendants and a ring (expensive for what they were but we were on holiday and it was a treat). The ring has only been worn for special occasions and last month the pearl came off while it was being worn and has been lost. I contacted the company to see what could be done, lots of emails back and forth where they talked about their 'lifetime warranty' but would not provide any specifics about it. While in Vegas at the Luxor, we had our first pearl ceremony. It was so much fun and an exciting novelty experience. My only regret is that I didnt get the lady's name who helped us as she was absolutely amazing!

The store manager Anh was awesome. He educated us so much and we loved the time spent with him. We loved the purchase of our beautiful pearls and learned so much about ceremonial traditions with regards to pearls in Hawaii. Thank you!! Colleen & Kenny
