I went to the pearl factory i talked to Jennifer she was amazing knew a lot about pearls i didn’t buy anything today like most people im waiting to hit that jackpot but if i do im definitely going back to the Excalibur and visiting Jen to get my girlfriend something nice Jen was so nice and amazing
Felt really pressured to buy the jewelry, took the fun out of the whole experience. I was there on April 23, 2025, April 29 2025 the necklace broke and found the cage but lost my pearl. I paid well over 100 bucks USA for pearl black necklace and cage. Second, I was told I had to buy the 14k white gold piece to get the deal. Well, the beautiful dark pearl looks great, but the glue wasn't set even after I waited till I got back to Canada and lost the pearl. For the last 25 years I've wanted to get pearl earrings from the Pearl Factory. We made it back to Vegas and I told my husband I was going to do it this trip. What an amazing experience!! Jennifer was so very kind, helpful and fun to work with! She made it a very personal experience.
My son and I had a great time as we worked with Jen to pick out 3 amazing pearls! My son was astonished to see how they came out. The sterling silver cages we picked were also very nice, and they showed off the pearls very nicely. I am sure it will be a great memory for my son. It sure was great for me to see his face light up with the excitement that comes with opening up a pearl. Thank you Jen!
