I traded in my ***** truck at Pearl in April of this year, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. We purchased a used 2020 Durango in Oct 2020. First, the seats stopped working, found out they were blowing a fuse. Took it in, they looked at it couldn't figure it out. 2 more appointments and different things "fixed" the seats still don't work properly. Pearl cut wires to trick the computer into thinking the issue was resolved. When they were contacted again about this we were told we aren't allowed to bring it back in. The other issue we had was a clicking noise. They acted like they couldn't hear it, the service manager ... read more

I contacted Pearl Dealership in ******* **. to price a new 2022 Ram **** truck that i would like to factory order. I stated that i was eligible for the Affiliates Rewards Program and asked if they would honor this pricing agreement and of course they said they would, they would never say no upfront, this would be honesty! The program is very simple, the price is Invoice price based on MSRP, -1% under invoice and then add taxes and fees.
