I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ravneet Gill in Buford and feel truly grateful for the care I received. I initially visited another dentist when my tooth pain began. I was in severe pain and went in for an emergency visit, but after a brief examination, I was given a costly treatment plan and sent home with painkillers that didn’t help. Absolutely NOOOO!! So after medication damaged my teeth beyond repair, I made an appt. At Pearl at the recommendation of my primary care Dr. To have my teeth surgically extracted and dentures made. I was given IV sedation as they were removing 13 teeth. I literally WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SURGERY!! The dentist was still working in my mouth, and I hadn't been given any local anesthetic (novacaine, lidocaine, ect.), so I had to endure this for another 55 min. All 3 of my kids started next door at pediatric dental group, seeing Dr. Keithline and have since transferred over to Pearl. My youngest got braces there and we never had any issues or problems with any of the staff.

Very nice experience. Dr. Carson is pretty knowledgeable. While I was getting a cleaning I was surprised he actually felt around my mouth for growths, which is something no other dentist has ever done and is very VERY important (to check for cancer etc). Did a good job on my fillings too.
