Unfortunately I can't leave a cero star...with my dissatisfaction with my experience at Peal Dadeland. From the beginning, the living conditions and management have been unacceptable, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Constantly Changing Management – The frequent changes in management have led to inconsistency, miscommunication, and an overall lack of accountability. The building needs to do something urgently with the receipt of packages, it's a disaster
Just moved in. Got a package stolen..been only here for a couple of weeks. They just admitted that the security cameras in the package room and in most part of the building ARE NOT WORKING…and that there’s nothing they can do about it. Soooo.. what would YOU do about it?
Pearl Dadeland is a very nice place to live, where the price truly matches the quality, something rare to find these days. The building itself is beautiful, with great attention to detail and design. The amenities are exceptional, featuring a full size, well equipped gym and a gorgeous, spacious pool area complete with grills. I've never had any issues using these facilities.
