Fui de visita a este edificio a visitar una amiga q mala impresión hay más perros q persona y los elevadores super sucios y con mal olor en todas partes , las alfombras de los pasillos ni hablar q asco 🤮🤮🤮. Y en los elevadores los perros se te paran para encima de ti , esto es una falta de respeto bien grande y mala higiene , no quisiera saber cómo están los apartamentos adentro y en el área de recreación de la terraza también un lugar tan hermoso es una pena porque está invadido deberían de tener un poquito más de respet... read more
My god son moved to Pearl Dadeland from Colorado in June of this year. The experience and the customer service was superior. Lucy the property manager was great and very professional. She made the leasing process effortless. The property is very well kept and the amenities are great.
Just moved in. Got a package stolen..been only here for a couple of weeks. They just admitted that the security cameras in the package room and in most part of the building ARE NOT WORKING…and that there’s nothing they can do about it. Soooo.. what would YOU do about it? Update: 3rd PACKAGE STOLEN, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSES. DON’T MOVE HERE.
