Just moved in. Got a package stolen..been only here for a couple of weeks. They just admitted that the security cameras in the package room and in most part of the building ARE NOT WORKING…and that there’s nothing they can do about it. Soooo.. what would YOU do about it? Update: 3rd PACKAGE STOLEN, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSES. DON’T MOVE HERE.
I loved living at this property for over 2 years. Exceptional team I can’t appreciate enough Raul property manager he was very attentive to any issues that raised right from application to move out. Exceptional leasing associates from Maria, Florencia and Steven. Amazing maintenance staff with a turnaround of a day. The neighborhood is very commute friendly and safe with Publix and metrorail right next door and Dadeland mall across the street. I'm about to leave Miami soon after living here for almost three years. It's been a great place to call home. Raul, Maria, and Xavier are all fantastic—every time I submitted a maintenance request, Xavier took care of it by the next day. I’ve really loved living here and wish I didn’t have to move.
