DONT move here!!! They will rip you off!!! They won't give you your full deposit back. They don't do a real walk through to let you know what needs to be cleaned to get your full deposit back. They also don't do a final walk through. They took pictures, and it was NOT our apartment. The things they said we didn't clean, were spotless. Such a scam!! I will definitely be getting a lawyer for this!
Beware for any residents looking to live here: There has been repeated thefts and stolen packages off my front porch. I had to file a police report. The Roseville Police Dept have been great, however I was very disappointed in Pearl Creek. Pearl Creek does not take theft very seriously because they do nothing about it other than act like this is a regular thing here. Theft is a serious Felony. I hope Pearl Creek realizes this. Pearl Creek Apartments Great New Complex in Roseville,CA. This is more than just an apartment it has felt like home. The staff here treat you like family. From the beautiful grounds, sparkling salt water pool, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, BBQ areas, play ground, car wash and doggy washing station you will love it here. RecommendedPearl Creek is the first and the last apartment complex I toured during my search.
I have been here for about a month now. When I first moved in the management was very helpful in explaining and going over the complex. The club house, pool and spa are very nice, and it's quiet! The only issue is parking but I have been into talk about it with them and they are working on a plan to resolve the parking issue. Great place to live! Awesome staff and management!
