I have been here for about a month now. When I first moved in the management was very helpful in explaining and going over the complex. The club house, pool and spa are very nice, and it's quiet! The only issue is parking but I have been into talk about it with them and they are working on a plan to resolve the parking issue. Great place to live! Awesome staff and management!
RecommendedDoes not feel like an apartment. The amenities are first class. It is a great place to live. We love being able to walk to Starbucks, Chipotle or great shopping.
I've lived in this community for 4 months and it has been a great experience. The property is managed by 5 star professionals who have been very attentive and accommodating to all my needs. The apartment homes, appliances, and facilities are all top of the line and are well kept. The staff also goes above and beyond by putting together events for it's community and is constantly implementing improvement that keep it cleaner and safer. I would highly recommend anyone to look into living here.
Moving to on Apr 15th, called Dan from Sacramento Satellite to get my Direct TV hooked up. We spoke and he was helpful, until it came to the email i was supposed to receive from him with the exact package and price, I have since text him, and nothing....guess the reviews where right, he is very very flaky !!!
I absolutely love living here at Pearl Creek. I love that it is a pet friendly community and the convenience of the walking trails right outside our apartment. My girlfriend and I love the location because we are close to the fountains, mall and many restaurants. The location is secluded and quiet. Our dryer did not work the day we moved in but maintenance was out the same day to fix it and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this community to our family and friends.
These are the nicest apartments that I have lived in. The staff is awesome, I had a problem with the shower not staying hot long enough and they fixed it within the hour. The gym and club house are always clean and no one is even in the gym so its like your own person weight room. with the train track being so close I was worried that it would keep me up all hours of the night but I dont even notice it. Great place to live!
