This place is a scam. Their application process is designed to be bias. They ask specific questions, so when you answer truthfully, they use that information to keep your app fee 70 (understandable) and your administration fee which is 200 (never heard of); so you pretty much spent 300 dollars to be declined. I have been accepted to all Class A properties except this one and i am truly offended by this
