We went to Pearl tonight for my daughter’s 17th birthday. There were 6 of us. The place was very busy when we arrived at about 6:40 but we were seated in 25 minutes so not bad. 5 tables were seated after us, 3 with 4 people and 2 with 2 people. We ordered appetizers and they came out in a decent amount of time. Messed up my order, again. Called to let them know. They offered no apology and then said I needed to bring it back after they’d been closed for 3 hours. I don’t live close! My husband was at work and would not be off by closing time. They said they couldn’t do anything without the dish... so you inconvenience ME after YOU mess up my order! I have to pay for gas to get back to you AND starve until the next day because my husband isn’t off until 9 when you close. I’m over it. the food is amazing, the selection of beers, scotches, Bourbons and liquors is top notch, and the service was spectacular.
this was my first experience and I will be going back, no question! lots of options for gluten sensative people (which is grand cause some of my family has some sensitivity to it). I am planning on going back and bringing people with me!!
