Um... It's simply awesome. Everything on the menu is great, but then again I'm a spice man. But for those that can't handle the heat; they have mild dishes for you. Bottom line: if I was rich I'd eat there everyday all day and they would be my personal chefs.
One of the best places to eat in st Louis, if not the best. The food has no rival. Unbelievably palatable.
Got to love the spice challenge. Everything is fresh and well prepared. Staff is knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in making choices. Beer selection is awesome and the scotch offerings also deserve a nod. There truly is a pearl to be found in the heart of Florissant!
I've tried many Thai restaurants in the greater St.Louis area and The Pearl, by far, has the best Thai. Not to mention their service and beer selection.
