oh my god the silver ring selection is to die for! the lady, lilly, was really really sweet and wasn’t pushy. i found three rings for a great price! Lilly was kind and answered all my questions with patience. i’m really glad this place is in business because i’m just gonna go here every time i’m in SF. they take cash and card, and do jewelry repairs on the stuff you buy from them! really really recommend!! shop is lovely
The owner of the store was there when I entered. I was doing a commission for somebody and asked for some prices, comparing them with the ones from two years ago. The owner called me crazy and got very mad, shouting at me to get out and to leave him alone. I tried to explain that I was just asking what I was told to ask and he got even madder, shouting at me to get out. Very, very rude and extremely unprofessional. Kamee is so wonderful to show you the jewelry and she explains in detail whether you buy or not. she has lot of collections and with the best price in all over china town. I have visited multiple jewelry stores in china town and she is the best person for collection and price.
Wonderful experience and great prices!! They’re (unfortunately for us, but wonderful for them) closing to retire, so if you have the chance to visit before they shut their doors I’d highly recommend it!!
