Good Rental Rates, Neighborhood Heading in a Bad Direction Lived in their Lincoln Park Duplexes for 1 year. Rent was reasonable, maintenance was OK, and there was a move-in special discount.
Nice Affordable Rentals in Good Neighborhood They don't make you pay a security, nor last month. You just have to have first months rent when you sign your lease. The duplexes they rent in Tonawanda are a place to live, and if you're on a limited income, they'll do. They're clean, small and affordable, if you can stand the nasty neighbors and loud music, and constant fighting over parking spaces. Their Tonawanda duplexes are in very good neighborhoods in an excellent school system (Ken-Ton).
