Although Dr Pearce is very friendly, the wait time short, and the experience in office very good, the staff he has chosen regarding a billing error after the fact (I have never before been charged for an annual physical, but was informed that because I used the wording I wish to schedule my regular health checkup that it counts as a diagnostic service, and I owe them $141) were very rude and would not return my calls. Searching online, many others have had issues w/ billing as well.

This is an extremely inefficient office. They fail to send prescriptions to the pharmacist, and have even sent the wrong prescriptions. They sent orders for a blood draw on a form that was addressed to a different facility. It took three phone calls from the facility to get through to them that they were using the wrong form. I question the integrity of a physician that allows this type of office to represent him. I won't go back or recommend him to anyone.

In general only go to this guy if you have a UTI or a cold. He doesn't spend anytime with the patient and he is personable. I even needed a referral for my vision but of this new HMO plan with BCBS and I just saw him the month before and still wanted me to come in even though he was not giving me any vision medical care. All he wanted was his cut. I'm going to find another doctor because this guy is quack. Also his office is totally unorganized. They can never find you file.
