Dr Peara and staff were amazing! I called in for a consultation for a tooth extraction and was seen the very next day. They were also very accommodating in scheduling my extraction appointment to something that worked for me. Staff were phenomenal and kind. I disclosed having anxiety for anything tooth related and they treated me so gently and reassured me through every step. Worst customer service. Dr. was great, but the staff was rude and had no compassion for my pain level. The office manager tried to double charge me for anesthesia meds. Then, she dropped me as a patient while I needed emergency services when I questioned and complained about the billing issue. Will never go there again as long as She works there. (Mrs. Peara)
Had my first wisdom tooth consultation last week. Had a nice experience with doctor and staff. Really helpful with all my questions. Gave me confidence to remove my wisdom teeth.
I took my daughter who suffers from severe anxiety to Dr Peara to have a tooth pulled and they were all awesome I couldn't ask for a better dentist. The staff was so patient and kind with my daughter they made her feel so comfortable and at ease. The receptionist was very nice and super informative about everything we needed to do. Brittany said she would go back. Thanks again.
