Clean room, bed was very comfortable, loads of pillows, and delish hot breakfast downstairs this morning. Will stay again when in Lafayette.
Spent the weekend here with our Baseball team(STORM) for State. The staff here was great but I do feel like I have to mention a few names Mrs.Sherry(the patient Manager), Mrs. Yolanda(The friendliest check in clerk), Kolby(the best bartender) and Eddie( well I think Eddie fixes everything! nice guy all around!!) Thank you for all of your patience and making our stay great!!
Reasonably priced, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Couldn't ask for better.
Is the second time i stay there you get free nachos and 3 drinks until 7pm and free breakfast! They also very clean room and very friendly staff, I'm definitely staying again next time im in that area, I loved it!!���

Stayed 2 weeks ago and did have problem getting hot water, valve messed up. Reported it. Stayed last night 12/1/16 and everything was great. Clean and comfortable. Free popcorn and cokes at night and great breakfast.
WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE @ PEAR TREE INN IN LAFAYETTE, LA. WE PLAN TO STAY THERE AGAIN, IF IN THE AREA & NEEDING TO STAY OVER. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, REAL ORANGE JUICE (WHICH I PERSONALLY LOVED) & THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS/CLEAN!!! THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE & IS THE REASON FOR ONLY 4 STARS, IS THE SHOWER CURTAIN WAS TOO SHORT FOR THE SHOWER, WHICH MADE WATER GET ON THE FLOOR. OTHER THAN THAT, EVERYTHING WAS LOVELY!!! ������
