TAM has owned ********** almost 2 tears. At first, they did all the right things to upgrade the property appearance, inside and out.But in customer service was nonexistent, and downright rude. There are units that flood regularly, with repairs so slow that theres significant mold damage. Finally, it appears the company is in serious financial distress.

We live in a 4 plex. The rent between the units has a difference $350 a month. Rent increased when new management took over by ? the maximum Washington allows.? According to the office. They really do not seem to have our bust interest in mind.
These people are not only liars but thieves. They cannot offer u confidentiality or hot water. No hot bath or shower when it's snowing outside ! I guess I lost my bathing privileges with topaz asset management
They lie constantly! They never answer the phone, and you have to leave a message that they will NEVER answer. I only ever got a call back from them after I left several voicemails, sent two emails, used the Contact Us page, AND sent a message on Facebook! They never finish repairs. They are unprofessional! My roommate was hung up on by the "executive assistant," Bridget K****. Terrible management company. They have taken over the apartment complex I live at and I have had nothing but problems. They consistently cash my rent checks after they have been cashed when trying to contact the property manager I am constantly told I will be called back but never get a call and when you call their corporate office you are required to leave a message for a call back that never comes.
