Such a shame how this bank has gone down hill. I’ve been with peapack for 15 years and finally fed up. I’ve been calling for weeks to make an appointment with an advisor, but not only are representatives having difficulty to just make an appt, they continue to tell me they’ll follow up and never do. Best experience I've had at a bank in decades. Was there today to redeem 6 Series EE Savings Bonds. That is not an easy thing to do these days. Most banks no longer do it. Had an appointment and was taken promptly. Staff was extremely nice and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Branch was busy but well staffed. I was impressed!
Few days ago I left this establishment with tears in my eyes Used to be my favorite bank, but for some reason the atmosphere has changed and it’s now becoming very condescending and unfriendly.
