Amazing. Went above and beyond. Can’t begin to say enough positive. Guided me in every right direction to help my child succeed , in every way possible. Could not have not it without Victoria’s help. She was patient with me, straight forward, informative, explained, got back to me in a timely manner, helped me with my local school district and I can’t tell you what a weight has been lifted off my shoulders !!

I’m not sure I’d ever use this service when the people who answer the phone aren’t even warm and supportive! Customer service is EVERYTHING!
