Ridiculous Hidden Fees When moving into the apartment complex, the people were extremely friendly and helpful. The moving transition was painless, maitenance is always speedy. However, I am being charged a $5 parking fee-even though I have NO car. If I did have a car, the $5 parking fee doesn't even cover the parking spaces around my building. At least 90% of spaces are RESERVED parking, and for that you'd have to pay an ADDITIONAL $15/month. My heater has gone out 4 times in the entire month I've lived here. When I decided ... read more
