Incredibly shotty work and poor customer service. Refused to accept responsibility for damages caused to window as they chucked old shingles off the roof. Refused to replace rotten plywood, saying it was "just a soft spot," and we could "brace it from inside the attic. Attached the dripedge with common T50 staples (against IRC code). Cut shingles too short (also against IRC code). Cussed me out on the phone when I tried to address the problems with them, given that we are still well within labor warranty.
