I lived at Terrazul Apartments (in miami) and unfortunately my experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing. My security deposit refund was due on August 4 and it has still not been reissued to me, despite the original payment being returned to their office due to a processing issue. Hello, I've been a leasing consultant at Merced Station for almost 5 months now. I very much do love working here. The staff and management here are the best I've ever worked with. The work environment is the healthiest I've ever experienced. I very much look forward to growing with this company:) One thing i would like to say though is that the lease wording can be quite conflicting.
