As a landlord, I do not recommend Peake Management. There are hidden fees on the bills and they consistently pay rent late. They also seem to have many technical issues around emails and communication. Not a good service at all. If you're looking for a property manager, save your money and find another service
Miranda was a fantastic property manager. We got quick, personal responses to any questions or concerns. She was great about giving progress reports about assessments being done after a huge branch of an oak tree in our backyard and other smaller issues. Thank you!!
