Dishonest and unethical practices I was conned in to buying a extended maintenance warranty for which they told me it was an extended warranty and they put $2000 on a BMW credit card. Just Say No I really don't understand how BMW USA doesn't do something to this dealership. Since I have owned my BMW I have had several issues, the last of which compelled me to drive down the street and trade in my car on a Lexus. It wasn't the cars problems that made this happen but the dealer. I brought it in for a coolant leak and they said it was the water pump. 1400 bucks.
