My Samsung Galaxy S4 phone wouldn't charge and Verizon's only solution was another phone. I bought it new at Verizon and always had insurance thru them. They wanted a $100 deductible for another remanufactured. Plus the hassle of reloading everything, I needed a better option. I FOUND THE BETTER OPTION AT PEAK WIRELESS. I came in at 10 minutes before closing on Saturday afternoonand Jeff worked on it till we got it working and he kept my phone plugged in until we knew it was charging. I dropped my iPhone 6 in the washer and it immediately stopped working. I took it to another repair shop, and they kept my phone for four days. Upon picking up my phone I was explained to that the phone was shot, and there was nothing they could do. I took my phone immediately to Peak wireless, and the owner was very honest and helpful. My phone was completely repaired by the next day and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Peak Wireless!!
They have continued to save my phone time and time again I love em!
Called to have minutes added to my phone. Said to busy to do this call back later. Been doing my phone service with them for over a year . Very disappointed.
