I set an appt with Katie. I went to my appt 15 minutes early like I was asked to and when I got there I was told she would be in meanings all day and they asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told them no since they called me twice the day before (once by Katie and the other by the receptionist, that's what the front desk told me) to let me know but they didn't leave a message so I didn't know the appt wasn't happening. If she can't leave a simple message how can she help me with my life.

Why do y'all have a phone if your gonna route all of your calls to voicemail and not call anyone back
I am so greatly happy to have Tracee, Greg and Elisa help me. And of course Katy. They are awesome!!! Tracee is very intelligent and brilliant! Looking forward to see her next week.
