I received a letter with my cholesterol labs stating, you should stay away from fast foods, processed foods sugar, to get your cholesterol down, oh plus, you need to exercise 30 minutes a day. No, really? Umm, that is really presumptuous to assume that that is the reason for my elevated cholesterol. I find it counter productive, unhelpful and insulting to presume that a bad diet and lack of exercise, is why my cholesterol is high. I just want to take the time out and I want to just really think and appreciate everything that all you guys do at peak Vista the answering services you know making the appointments for me and then the clinic on Wasatch everybody there you guys are awesome people I don't know what to do without you and I just want to say have a happy happy holidays and bless you guys so much and I think you guys are rockstars
