If you are looking for a property manager, I would avoid this company. I am a potential renter who will not rent any of the homes managed by this company. I called to inquire about a property on 13993 Windy Oaks Road. The lady that answered was very short "What do you need?" she stated. I told her I was interested in the property. She said "How long?" with an annoyed type demeanor. I ask "Well how long is it available for?". She said, "You tell me how long you need it and I will let you know if it available". Applied for property on a Friday, and was told I was the only applicant. 8 other applications came in over the weekend and before they made a decision the next Tuesday. Every rental company I have ever worked with (and I have worked with many) does things on a first come first serve basis...if you are a decent applicant. We were well qualified applicants and still did not get the property even though we applied first. Wasted four days and an application fee. Would never apply here again!!
