LOVE PV Dental! Had my first visit this morning - most gentle and comprehensive exam i've ever had! Plus, a parafin hand dip and massaging chair - I didn't want to leave! Dr. Sibo took lots of time to explain everything to me and i never felt like just a body in the chair. Staff is great too! Looking forward to seeing you all again for my cleaning! (never thought i'd say that!) :)
A friend referred us to Jennifer Sibo and she was as skilled as they had claimed. The front office staff are very unprofessional and callous though. Every visit I took my children to, the staff could be heard insulting the clients for missing appointments after they hung up the phone. I tolerated this until my wife missed an appointment because we had a death in the family. Obviously the last thing on our minds are to contact the dentists when we are leaving out of the country. Peak View dental does a great job for my family. We just a great experience with her the other day, and I felt that I needed to tell / refer someone about it.
New to the area my children went to this dentist. My child is 13 and was not impressed. She thought they were not friendly and I knew my own personnel experience up front the office staff in the front was not friend. It seemed like everyone in the office was more concern with caring on conversations that helping patients. On top of that my other child's orthodontist called to get the x-ray results and the dentist receptionist had the gull to tell the ortho office that they had the wrong info.
