Lived there for about a year and moved out as soon as possible as my lease ended. I've experienced nothing but problems living there and Amanda just added on top of it. If fact she was the problem as to why I kept having them. (5 stars — for Hannah!) I’ve lived at Peak View Apartments for a while now, and I have to say that Hannah, the previous property manager, has been absolutely top-notch. Every time I’ve needed help or had a concern, she’s been professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents. When the new manager took over, my experience wasn’t the same. Hannah has been absolutely amazing, she made me want to move in immediately due to her caring nature and kindness. The other manager who has been new this week has been very rude, is very hard to get in contact with, didn’t provide the correct paperwork and didn’t contact me when paperwork was done to complete the move in process. Please bring Hannah back full time! I would feel much better about staying here if she remains in office.
