I have been enormously grateful to find this business, Peak Training Center. Along with the gracious and very kind help of trainer: Jessica Irvine I began my Neuroptimal sessions. I took a chance on using their services after reading about NeuroOptimal. I struggle with anxiety and have looked into various ways to combat it. NeuroOptimal helped change my responses and how I reacted to things. I was able to acknowledge the anxiety I was feeling and allowed myself to work through it. I've practice mindful meditation, but since using NeuroOptimal it helps you in that state of mind of peacefulness and relaxation.
