excellent coach, excellent atmosphere and the results speak for themselves
The training is unlike any on lakeshore. Our daughter’s performance in both swimming & softball has improved so much over the past three years coming to Speed & Agility, C2, Fast Feet. We’ve had coaches from varsity to national teams ask what outside training she does and to keep going no matter what. Our sons performance in travel hockey has received the same comments from coaches and his maintained conditioning has translated from hockey to lacrosse seasons. It’s a great opportunity for young athletes who wanna put in the extra work . My son loves it
Great trainers. I just wish there was an early morning class before 6 am. It’s very difficult to make it to the afternoon class when you work first shift and are busy majority of the time after work. I would go everyday if morning class was an option.

Excellent trainers, my boys love it and I see the improvement 1st hand.
I just started my training here about a week ago, and even after just meeting the trainers was very excited to start training it’s been a blast going to classes all week and having fun with the trainers in classes
