Jackie is very knowledgeable, but needs support with coaching her RBTs. After leaving my 2 year old nonverbal child in Peak’s center, I found out they were leaving him in soiled diapers for hours without changing. Only after he caught Salmonella did Jackie also admit they were not washing his hands. There is better out there when it comes to ABA.
Peak Therapy Center holds a dear place in my heart. Not only is every individual compassionate and comforting, they are knowledgable and professional! I feel safe and secure every time we go. Grateful for such a wonderful center!
