Tina was amazing to work with! She’s been here a long time, and helped my in laws with their house here. She and her team made the process really simple and helped keep everything manageable, especially with this being our first house.
Beware of an agent that blames their inability to sell a property by targeting the neighbors for her inadequacy.. ANY realtor that tries to hide the truth with superficial fixes is NOT to be trusted... please check the code expectations for this neighborhood.. evidently it's "don't ask don't tell"....it's a hustle.. property is toxic...
