I recently ran the New York City marathon and injured myself the day before the race. Angus was on the tour group and went out of his way to ensure I was suitability strapped to prevent further injury. He was also running the marathon and could have been focusing on his race. Instead, he ensured members of the group were prepared and ready. Thanks Angus!! You are absolutely the reason I was able to finish the race.
Been going to Peak for probably 4 years now doing a preventative class. It has been hugely beneficial as I age. The team have always been supportive & are happy to help in any way, whether it’s a bit of Physio for a slight injury or passing on their knowledge moving forward. They are always inclusive, friendly & accommodating. I would highly recommend them to all age groups.
