This morning Peak wasted my gas and time, that I took off of work. I am a returning patient, I went in to get some dry needling for an area I have already done PT for before. Last time I had a visit with Marie she said she would request another script for when I needed the dry needling again. And today they wanted to treat me as a new patient. They wanted to charge my insurance and I find that unacceptable. Especially when I am a returning patient returning for the same issue as before.

I’ve had three knee surgeries over the past 10+ years and recovered with PEAK each time. Love the people, love the facility. Definitely recommend it!

This is the fourth time I have used Peak Downtown... The last 3 times, my therapist has bee Karla Deal. I have been very pleased with the knowledge Karla and Kathy possess and the whys and wherefores as to explaining the clients about the exercises. From before I went, the staff has been wonderful! They are EXTREMELY supportive and encouraging to everyone coming in and out of the facility. The wait time of check in to being seen is non-existent. Gem is amazing. She's friendly, upbeat, positive, knowledgeable, engaging and you feel she truly cares about those she works with.
