we have lived here since February 2014, Peak realty took over in 2018, the good interactions have far out numbered negative ones. Sadly life does have both.
We rented from Peak Realty for 6 months and the owner was rude, unprofessional and honestly a complete mess. The house was beautiful, but every time we had an issue it was very difficult to fix. She had contractors and people showing up to our home unannounced and when we’d ask her about it she would say “oh sorry”. There’s a laundry list of reasons we wouldn’t rent from this establishment again, but overall, we’d give the experience two stars. Drove from Centennial CO to Woodland Park & Amy "lost track of time"
I met Amy and she is a Wonderful and Friendly realtor! She was on vacation, out of the country and she communicated with me on finding a rental property. We found one and she sent the application to me immediately! Now I have a house to call home that I had been looking for and couldn't find anything worth renting for over 2 months!!! I would recommend Amy highly!!!! Thanks Amy for all you do and have done!!!! Without you it wouldn't of happened!! Andrea McAllister
If you could imagine the definition of a slum landlord, Amy is that. Avoid her by all costs- she will cost you more!
