We were introduced to Dave and Paige through our house cleaner. At that point we had had 3 different agents come and look at our house. Each agent was nice. Dave and Paige were exactly who we were looking for in an Agent. Dave is "nerdy", he knows the numbers and the value in a home. He doesn't just throw numbers at you unless he has a lot of documents to support those numbers.
