I cannot recommend Ben and his team enough! I have been to several prosthetic clinics over the years and I have never received better care than here. I came in with an AFO from another clinic that hadn't fit my foot properly for 4 years. I just thought that was what wearing an AFO meant. Ben is amazingly creative, skilled and cares about his clients! We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We would highly recommend him without reservation.
I walked in here with no appointment after a bad experience with Northwest Orthotics. I was greeted by a kind and friendly receptionist. Despite not having an appointment, Ben took the time to hear my complaints and concerns I had been experiencing and treated me very well. He did everything to set me up for success and got my braces underway. This is professionalism, kindness, and humanity at its finest. I am so grateful, thank you again so much.
Benjamin Carlson was so knowledgeable, caring and went above and beyond to help our babies with cranial remodeling. Our twins were done with their helmets much faster than anticipated.
