I’m not sure who I talked to over text, I’m assuming it was Terri given she was on the rental listing. I attempted asking questions about the rental listing and she was very unhelpful and rude. She did not answer any of my questions and once I disclosed I had ESAs, she became even more rude. She was very skeptical, even though I stated I had written letters from a licensed therapist. So the receptionist Makayla is rude, un-professional and dont care attitude. Im having a very hard time filling out the application and she had an i dont care attitude. I would fire this girl, if she is the face of the company, I would be embarrassed and shame to have someone like her working for me. I literally wanted to speak to a manager but she said NO, I had to go thru her first.
Very rude staff and inconsiderate on the phone, how about being more professional and not so self righteous. Maybe have more patiences and edict when speaking to potential clients. You never know who may be wanting to work with you. VERY RUDE!
Honestly, I have nothing positive to say about Terri and Wes. It felt like from the start, they did not like us. We primarily interacted with Wes throughout the two years we rented, and he continuously acted unprofessionally and was impossible to get information from. In one instance, my partner and I were trying to clarify some rent payment details, and my partner tried to go into the office to speak with Wes.
