We had a great experience with Peak Pool & Spa - our pool liner has been floating badly for quite some time now and no other pool company was able to determine the cause. Well - let me say, other pool companies were willing to charge me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in order for them to dig up concrete, investigate and tell me their conclusions - but with no guarantee whatsover. No Stars is more accurate but not allowed.I have a hot tub at my home and experienced a power problem. Jay came by to examine the unit and said that he would have to send the control board out for analysis. He offered a \$55 extra charge for a priority order and I declined.Five months later he returned with the control board but was unable to complete the wiring. He returned twice and has not completed the job. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a return call with no luck. There is noone who answers the phone and I have to l... read more

Had some issues, UNTIL I called Peak Pool & Spa. The Owner was the one that came to my home, on my time, and figured out what was wrong. Well worth it! Ill be calling them when Im ready for my spa to be put in!Thanks a lot!
