The WORST customer service ever. Has a" F" rating with the BBB!!! Will not return phone calls, shows up late without any apology. Totally incompetent!
Contracted wit Peak pool and Spa to put in a liner and water in for the pool. They did the work to partial satisfaction as the pool leaks and the liner lock tight came down. Screws were left out, the liner is wrinkled and the water truck was a day late. They refused to fix these problems, lied about coming out and sent me a text to land line message because they said they had no voice to talk to me and then the very next day answered the phone. If you want it done right, hire someone besides Jason "Jay" Jones or anyone affiliated with Peak Pool and Spa!! Talk about no customer service.... and excuse after excuse...This guy is the master! After more than a year of waiting on Jay to live up to his end of an agreement, he still failed miserably. I ended up taking Jay to small claims court and won...but he has yet to pay me. IMAGINE THAT!! Thats OK though...The judgment stays on his credit report for 10 years.... or until he pays the judgment. The next step is to have ... read more

Peak Pool and Spa in Apex did a wonderful job replacing my liner. The pool at my rental property had been damaged and I call several local companies for quotes. One never showed up and the "Big" company in Raleigh had a quote that was over \$4000! I called Peak Pool and Spa, checked with the BBB and called the references and was surprised that they responded quickly! The people who received any service nevermind good service from Jason Jones were very lucky. We hired him to update our pool. He hired out some other fool to remove the coping from our poool and cut 18 inches of concrete around the perimeter of the pool. WHAT A DISASTER! The bricks were layed on gravel and most of the mortar came out and we got water behind the liner that never fit right in the first place. We had a great experience with Peak Pool & Spa - our pool liner has been floating badly for quite some time now and no other pool company was able to determine the cause. Well - let me say, other pool companies were willing to charge me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in order for them to dig up concrete, investigate and tell me their conclusions - but with no guarantee whatsover.
