If you are looking for fun small gym community, this is that place! Great workouts, great people, awesome coaching staff. The workouts are a variety of cardio and strength and challenges you both mentally and physically!
The group style classes and amazing programming brings so much joy to my day! Movements are adjusted for all ability levels so I don't feel pressured, hurt myself or get bored. There is the added benefit of extra accountability with the nutrition challenges so I can reach my personal goals. Classes are kept intimate as it's capped at 18 so no one gets lost in a crowd. Trainers are super cool and we'll educated. It seriously is the best 60 minutes of my day!
The Peak Physique experience is phenomenal! I have regularly attending for 9 months and have yet to see a class repeated. The team is energetic, engaging, fun and they meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. I highly recommend checking them out!
