The trainers are amazing, and you definitely get that "personal touch" that you won't find at big facilities. I love how many classes are offered, and the times are super convenient. If you're looking for a comfortable, friendly, but awesome place to work out and take care of yourself, THIS IS IT! It's more than a gym, it's a family. :)
