They set up a very good treatment plan for me and we are working as a team to get me back on track. I feel very lucky to have such an amazing, knowledgeable staff helping me. Thank you all!
My entire experience at Peak was great from day one! Megan spent the entire time listening to me on day one and from there, and each session after, she showed me different exercises and stretches that I could easily do in my daily life. After we had established a good routine of things I needed to do outside of PT, she met me at the gym I go to and showed me how to best to use the equipment there to continue with recovering from my injury. There is no judgement; you are accepted as you are. Everyone in the faculty watches over you to make sure you are doing good! I felt like I had a team of people cheering me on through a time that was both emotionally and physically challenging. I never felt like I was in "trouble" if I didn't understand something. They just genuinely want to help everyone. I will always channel the good feeling being at Peak makes me feel when I need a little positivity.
